Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a medical aesthetic approach based on delivering vitamins, minerals and supportive ingredients to specific areas as the skin needs. It may be considered to support skin quality, help achieve a more vibrant appearance, and create personalised care plans.

What is mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy delivers vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, hyaluronic acid and other supportive agents into the mid-layer of the skin using very fine needles, to support skin, hair and scalp health. It helps target active ingredients where they are needed.
It may help improve hydration, luminosity and skin quality and soften the look of fine lines. Hair mesotherapy aims to support the hair roots, scalp circulation and healthier-looking hair.
The cocktail and session plan are personalised after assessment of skin type, age, goals and treatment area. You can watch Specialist Physician Dr. Okan Oktay Mengeş's detailed video on mesotherapy .
Which areas can mesotherapy treat?
The face is commonly treated to boost vitality, hydration and reduce a dull appearance while supporting tissue quality.
Hair mesotherapy may be considered for hair shedding or when stronger-looking hair is the goal, delivering ingredients to the scalp and follicle region.
Neck, décolletage, eye contour, hands or other zones with dryness, loss of elasticity or pigment tendency can be included in a personalised plan after medical evaluation.
Types of mesotherapy
Protocols vary by concern and anatomy; treatment should never be one-size-fits-all.
Hair protocols may use vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Facial protocols focus on quality, hydration and radiance for tired or dry skin.
Anti-ageing approaches may target fine lines and firmer-looking skin. Pigment-focused options may be combined with strict photoprotection.
Hydration-focused mesotherapy addresses dryness. Special techniques (e.g. “Paris glow”, “youth vaccine”) still require medical assessment for indication and product choice.
How does the mesotherapy process work?
Assessment comes first: skin or hair type, needs, expectations and sensitivities guide the protocol.
The area is cleansed; topical anaesthetic cream may be applied. The product is placed in micro-doses with fine needles into the target skin layer.
Most visits take about 20–40 minutes. Aftercare focuses on avoiding irritation, sun protection and following clinician advice.
Recovery after mesotherapy
Recovery is usually comfortable. Mild redness, tenderness, small bumps or bruising can occur and often settle quickly. Many people return to routine the same day. For 24 hours avoid heavy makeup, intense exercise and very hot environments. Hydrate, moisturise and use sunscreen — especially if pigment is a concern. Heeding your physician’s plan is essential.
How many sessions are needed?
There is no universal number; it depends on the area, concern and goals. Skin courses often involve roughly 4–6 sessions; hair plans may be longer. Intervals are commonly 1–3 weeks. Maintenance may be advised. Your physician sets the individual plan.
Who may mesotherapy suit?
It may suit people seeking more radiant skin, hair support, hydration, softer fine lines or help with uneven tone — always after medical review. It is not for everyone: pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, bleeding disorders, allergies to components or some chronic conditions may contraindicate treatment. Suitability must be confirmed professionally.
Mesotherapy pricing
Fees depend on the treatment zone, ingredients, number of sessions and individual needs.
Hair and facial protocols differ; pigment, hydration, anti-ageing or “youth vaccine” style plans use different products.
